By placing an order, the customer fully accepts the terms set out below.

The available shipping options are shown at checkout based on the destination.

2 - ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation, unless otherwise indicated.

PRODUCTS NOT IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE

If one or more products ordered are not in stock at the time of purchase, PokyXone guarantees shipment and delivery within a maximum of 20 business days.

In such cases:

the order will be processed as usual

 

the customer may be informed of any updates

 

the times indicated replace the standard processing times

 

3 - SHIPPING IN ITALY

The following shipping options are available for shipments in Italy:

Express Shipping

 

Estimated delivery: 24–48 business hours

 

Cost: €6.99 per item

 

Free shipping for orders over €250.00

 

 

The times indicated start from the moment the order is actually shipped.
 

4 - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (EUROPE AND REST OF THE WORLD)

For international shipments, Pokyxone uses international express couriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, or equivalent).

Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

FREE SHIPPING

For some international destinations, free shipping may apply to orders over €1,000.00, if indicated at checkout.

5 - SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs:

are calculated automatically at checkout

 

are clearly indicated before order confirmation

 

may vary based on weight, quantity, and destination

 

6 - CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES

For shipments outside the European Union, any:

customs duties

 

import taxes

 

local taxes

 

are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not under the control of Pokyxone.

The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by customs checks.
 

7 - SHIPMENT TRACKING

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the tracking code, where available.

Tracking allows you to monitor the status of the shipment directly on the courier's website.

8 - RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY

The risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to the customer when the shipment is entrusted to the courier.

Any anomalies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photographic documentation.

9 - DELAYS IN DELIVERY

Delivery times are indicative and may vary for reasons not attributable to Pokyxone, including:

periods of high demand

 

strikes

 

adverse weather conditions

 

logistical or customs delays
